Parmesan "Cheese"

1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt

Grind almonds in blender or Vita-Mix
Add other ingredients and blend briefly, to mix.
Store in refrigerator.
This is a wonderful substitute for Parmesan!
