Dill Dip
Notes from Delisa Renideo

1 box silken tofu, medium or firm (Mori-Nu)
2 1/2 Tbsp wine vinegar
1 Tbsp onion, minced (or 1 tsp onion powder)
1 1/2 tsp sweetener of your choice
1 tsp salt
2 tsp dill weed (dried) or 2 Tbsp fresh dill
1/8 tsp black pepper


Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth and creamy.
Adjust seasonings to suit yourself.
Serve with veggies or crackers.


Be creative with this recipe. Try adding more onion, less dill, or substituting 1/2 to 1 tsp of garlic powder in place of dill.

Taste the dip before taking it out of the blender so that you can add more of any ingredients to suit your taste.
