Research shows that between 1/3 and 2/3 of all cancer deaths in this country are due to poor diet, yet most Americans are not aware of the relationship between nutrition and cancer.

Type II Diabetes is increasing dramatically and is also caused by our food choices.

Our innovative nutrition and cooking classes teach you how the right food choices can help prevent cancer and increase the chances of survival.

The same healthy diet that can help prevent cancer also helps prevent and reverse both diabetes and heart disease.

These classes are held across the U.S., empowering individuals and families to take action to improve their health and vitality.

These informative classes are held regularly in Anchorage and the Mat-Su Valley, where hundreds are learning how to improve their health through a whole-foods, plant-based diet.

Food for Life Nutrition and Cooking Classes are offered as a 7 week series, meeting weekly for 7 weeks. Each class is 2 hours and consists of nutritional education and cooking demonstration, with an opportunity for participants to then sample the healthy and delicious food.
