Vegan Cooking Classes
Delisa is a certified cooking instructor for
The Cancer Project,
Food for Life Nutrition & Cooking Classes.
She teaches a seven week series of nutrition and cooking classes instructing participants on how eating a low fat, whole food, plant-based diet can not only help you survive cancer, but also prevent it. This same diet reverses and prevents heart disease, type II diabetes, osteoporosis and strengthens your immune system.
